There is a middle compartment in addition to the front pocket. I swear, so easy to use. 💜 I chose the purple color to match my purple skates. The color is pretty close to the image displayed. The long strap with shoulder protector is easy to removable and comfortable to wear. There is a short hand strap, also strong and well sewn to top of the bag. As you can see in my pics, the gray trim all over the bag has a reflective quality, adding a built in safety feature. For $25 in this economy you can not go wrong. I highly recommend this bag.
