It’s crap I took it out of the box put it together turned it on and it came apart twisted it out of my hand and casing came apart!!! I want my money back!!

Works well until it doesn’t. Easily fixed but you’ll need a 2mm hex key to do it. After about 2 hour if intermittent use the flex shaft auto disconnected from the motor. The culprit is a small set screw (2mm key) that is threaded in the nylon coupling. Unclear if it wasn’t tight from the factory or the vibration during use worked it loose but either way checking it’s tighteness before session is advised.
