The buttons feel cheap. The volume switch is hard to get to. The color (blue) is much darker in real life. I always love their esthetics, unique design, and unmatched quality! This particular case has a unique design with quality execution and premium feel materials. As a lower-priced EC option case, it is the best-looking one! Your iPhone XS will stand out for sure! Understated elegance and simplicity of precisely fitted case are bar none! However, my hands are not big enough for iPhone XS to have a secure grip while trying to handle the phone in one hand. Because the edges of the case are great-looking polished plastic, they tend to be slippery. The back of the case compensates for the slippery handling of its sides, but not enough for my liking. If you have larger hands with long fingers, this case will suit you well. Also, if you don't handle the phone in one hand, then the grip would not even be an issue.
