Stir in 1 tbsp of tomato puree, a pinch of salt and dried mint, according to your taste add a litle minced garlic and mix them together. An extra taste might be given by adding homemade chicken broth. Gently fry the mixture over low heat. * Pour in 800 ml cold water. Heat until piping, then start stirring constantly. * While stirring, slowly pour in the 200 ml prepared solution and mix all well. * Still with the low heat and under constant stirring, bring mixture to the boil. * Once it starts to froth, stop stirring it up. Leave it over the low heat for 5 minutes and serve. Advises: Add cooked chickpeas / beans inside while serving, sprinkle some feta cheese on the s for tasty treat. ENJOY!
