Also, we contacted all the suppliers we know and tested their 500mW 445nm blue laser generators, none of the supplied blue laser generators met our requirements, so the production of the laser engraving modules can’t be relied on this type of laser generators. After testing the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator, we were sure that the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator met the requirements of our original specs. To replace the 500mW 445nm blue laser generators, our team decided to use use the 200mW 405nm blue-violet laser generator which has similar results as the 500mW 445nm blue laser generator does.
