No cable going around anymore and no coffee accident after the cable went entangled around the cup. The problem is the unit's WIFI is poor and initially it didn't work properly with Macbook Retina. On the other hand the customer service is first class and so after a few weeks they released a new Mac OSX driver for Retina MacBooks that resolved most issues and they helped us to fix the WIFI problem by simply disconnecting the WIPG's internal WIFI in the firmware and using our office's WIFI instead. The result is much better.Do not expect watching a video or dealing with extra high resolution display because it will be slow but if you keep to 1280x800 and you use it for business that will do the job.We are now looking to buy another one for another meeting room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 March 2016* Amazing product. ### ⭐⭐ Reliability problems. *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 May 2018* Over the last 18 months I've installed approx 300 of these WePresent units (WiPG 2000, WiPG 1600) and in meeting and seminar rooms they work well. Works with PC, Mac, and Android. Regular firmware updates.The problem is reliability. They last just past the 1 Year warranty period and then die.
