Good clear picture and good sound. Remember you must have an international DVD player. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Cat Girl (1957) DVD-R *by C***I on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2020* Pretty good late 50's British horror film. A woman returns to the family home with wastrel gold-digging husband and false friends in tow. Seems the family has a weird history (or psychosis). Her uncle believes they are linked to killer cats, leopards to be precise. Now that he is at the end of his life he wants his niece to take on the family weirdness and she's afraid she's a cat as well. She meets her teenage crush again whom she still has a yen for, a married psychiatrist who thinks he can treat her. After her uncle dies the woman's two-timing husband meets his end while he' dallying with another woman. The niece thinks she killed him so the doctor puts her in a hospital to treat her, then, in the stupidest move a headshrinker ever made he brings her into his house so she can bond with his wife. Of course the woman is dangerously jealous. It all ends up as expected. At this time unavailable on DVD but I got a pretty good DVD-R. Hopefully it will be released on a good quality DVD, along with Shadow of the Cat.
