The shower head is easy to fit (just screw on) and the shower pressure is pretty good. However you cant adjust the shower head spray settings in anyway. The colour setting works without the need for batteries and its a bit of a novelty to have a shower in the dark. However you can't select a colour, it changes randomly. The changes in colour happen quite abruptly so it can feel a bit more "crappy night club" than "gentle relaxing mood lighting" at times. But it isnt bright enough to feel like a strobe light either.
