This book was a huge disappointment. This is not even a proper book; it looks like a set of class notes in draft form. The printing and illustrations are of low quality. Many figures are taken directly from well known books without acknowledgment. The publisher, Lambert Academic Publishing, is known for soliciting fresh PhDs for printing their thesis as a "book". The bar is low, and there is no review or editing. To add insult to injury, they charge the same price of a proper technical hardcover book for this soft cover printing. I immediately returned my copy for a refund.
