I had the bulk fermenting dough ready. Just pinched off eight pieces from it one by one, shaped into mini boules. Pressed them into the oiled depressions of the pan. Set it aside for final proofing and baked them two hours after that in an oven pre-heated to 230C (as per instructions that came with the pan). Kept them in the oven for about thirty minutes. I think I could have taken them out at 25 minutes for a lighter color on the crust. Brushed some oil on the crust. They came out of the pan easily. No sticking. I am very happy with my purchase. Will bake two batches next week to give away to a bunch of ladies. Looking forward to their feedback.
