I make sure all the components (3 of them; the body, top part, and the little water container) get dry. Has anyone used it as a humidifier in the bedroom during sleep? Thank you.** A: No. I mainly use it for its humidifier in the winter months, and have always used distilled water only. Mine definitely does not last for a full half hour. I would say probably half of that amount of time. Then you refill it as the tank gets low rather quickly. I stay on top of filling it, and do so more often than every 30 minutes for sure. I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my sister. I wouldn’t recommend as a humidifier. Do not leave on all night. I don’t use the facial steaming feature much, as my skin is dry. The facial Steamer seems to be a good one.
