Step 1: After placing your order, email us the hair, eye and skin color information, and any additional images. *Tip: We will need a high-resolution photo that has the subject looking directly into the camera, so both ears are visible and a side view photo to get the proper depth of the nose, lips, and forehead (similar to a mug ). Please keep in mind that whatever facial expression they are making in the front view photo is the one our studio will sculpt. Step 2: We begin the sculpting process; you will receive your first set of clay proofs within 5-7 business days. During this stage, you can review or make any changes to the form/shape of the clay. *The customer needs to provide feedback for each set of proofs within 4 business days. Once you are satisfied, approve the clay proof. We will bake the figure, and you will no longer be able to make any structural changes. *If feedback is not provided within 4 business days, we will continue to the next stage: Molding, casting, and painting. Step 3: We will begin the molding, painting and assembly phase; this will typically take 10-15 business days before you receive a painted proof. During this stage, you will be able to request any paint changes on (skin, hair, eye color, clothing colors, etc.) if necessary. *If feedback is not provided within 4 business days, we will continue to the next stage: Shipping. Step 4: Once everything is approved, your order should ship out within 2-4 business days, and we will send you an email with the tracking information.
