They turn on instantly, and have a warm color. They are brighter than I expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly good, but one broken *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2018* Bought 3 sets (total of 18) all were in good condition except one where the inside glass was broken. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value, Works Well on Dimmer *by D***C on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019* Have not had these long, just about two weeks and not in frequently used locations. That said, I've turned them on every day and they are working very well as described. We bought 12, used 9 so far and not one has been a dud. We have six in a fixture on a Lutron dimmer and they dim smoothly without noticeable hum and zero flicker. They're not as good as incandescent at the lower end of the dimmer curve, but still not as bad as a lot of other LEDs.
