While I did decide to use the keyboard cover, I do not like it as well as my Moshi one because the cover is thicker and the keyboard backlighting does not show through. And the baggy of port pluggers is just silly - no one would ever be able to keep track of them (especially at school) and who wants to carry the baggy around for storing?! Mektron should just sell the case without the "free" extras which aren't really free, and lower the price of the case. Nice design choices, though it's pretty obvious that there's one company making all the cases as most of the sellers have the exact same choices. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by A***C on Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2019* I purchased a case made of the same material (or at least it seems to be the same) just over two years ago and it was time to replace it because there were a few cracks and the keyboard cover was beginning to stretch. After much deliberation, I finally decided on this one. I don't know if there are different batches, but the colors on mine are as vibrant as the photos and I just love all the colors!As for the durability, I would imagine it will be similar to my previous cover and I will eventually need to replace it, but understand that this type of cover is primarily intended to make your MacBook pretty and keep it from getting surface scratches, not protect it from drops. Upon removal of the old cover, I found that it was still in perfect condition and I suspect that this cover will provide the same protection. I think the letters line up on the keyboard cover better than the other, so I am happy with that. I’ve been using keyboard covers like this for 10yrs or so. I’ve never had one begin to buckle and stretch out of shape with two months before. It’s pretty no doubt. But I will be lucky to get a year use before it tests on the home row.
