I like its module design cause the removable modules give you the ability to customize the hub base on your need. they claim that it wouldn't drain the battery of MBP that fast like other brands, I don't have a comparison so I can't tell if this is true but so far the battery drops in reasonable speed when it attached with this adapter. and one thing you may concern is that it fits the laptop without leaving a gap so it will not work with a snap-on case.
