The new one I have just bought is a lot bigger than the pictures led you to believe, I read the reviews, there were a lot of negative reviews and some good reviews, I bit the bullet and bought the Leifheit Pegasus 200 Solid Standing Clothes Airer, it is the only one that the legs do not cross over, in my opinion and to my expense they do not last, there is so much space and the gaps between the horizontal bars are quite apart from each othe offereing quicker drying because of the space around the wet clothing. The front row has the red, "small bits" part, shown in the picture, absolutely perfect for all your smalls, its a brilliant idea, I havent used my tumble drier since i bought this and I couldnt be happier. There are also some hangars which are a good idea but not imperative, any hangar would work to be honest. Don't take any notice of those negative reviews, just buy this, believe me I reviewd all of them, it took me ages to make my decision, the only thnink I can think to enhance the airer would be having wheels to make manouvering it easier, however there is another model that does have wheels, but I had a budget and wasnt prepared to pay any more.
