It was smooth and rosy and just the softest skin you can imagine. Picture perfect baby. My son on the other hand was born with his dads skin, prone to a lot of imperfections one being baby acne. On top of that his face was rough and had a lot of milk spots. I tried different branded cream quite expensive too, which worked for my daughter, but seemed to clog his pores even more and wasnt absorbing properly. I got told about this cream and after a week of applying after bath mostly his skin is soft and smooth and no sign of baby acne anymore.
