**Q: What kind of enzyme this powder contain?**
A: Nuruk contains Microorganisms present in nuruk include Aspergillus, Rhizopus, and yeasts as microorganisms, which differs from Sake, which contains only Aspergillus. The enzyme is amalyse, but chemically it also contains 2,6-Dimethoxybenzoquinone which is found in wheat germ extract. It's more than an enzyme.
