It is solid, easy to use and the HP Smart programme really helps.The speed is what you would expect for a printer of this price. I also have a lot of experience with the 3930 series and I can say this is much better in terms of quality, especially with the lack of flimsy plastic that burdens the 3830 series. All in all, a great product. My only issue is how it can often change its IP address once turned off, which is a big burden having to reconnect to my computer.
