I must say I wish the height was greater. I’ll be buying something else in several months as the kittens will have outgrown them. I bought the largest available . But, I knew exactly what I was getting. The kittens absolutely love them!! HOWEVER, I am missing the “supposed” bottom inserts/pads for the main compartment. I’m trying to find out how to get just those pieces. I’m not interested in the time of the “Return Process”.
