Do I need to refrigerate it?** A: Hello,So basically if you don't take the ham out of the air tight plastic wrap your are fine. You can leave it unopened out of a refrigerator as long as you like. If you remove it from that plastic keep a cheese cloth on it or a kitchen towel over it. When you start to cut slices off of it make sure to keep that point moist with Olive Oil. This ham was delicious! Not salty at all, just perfect and army a very good price! I jus wish they exported Salamanca's "chorizos" and "salchichones", or even rice morcillas!
