These pans can be used inside an Instant Pot. Need to be paid attention to, whether you can put 4 pans in the same time depends on the size and capacity of your Instant Pot. 
Baking tips:
1. The temperature is best below 428 degrees Fahrenheit. 
2.After use, please wash it by hand with warm soapy water and dry it in time through oven, which is beneficial to the longer life of the mould.
