Cardio sticks (or bars) are available at fitness stores or you can wrap your own dowels with black tape at home (18 inch wrapped dowels weighing about 1/2 pound are featured in the workout). i take pound and wanted something i could do if i did not take a class. could not find a pound dvd except as a kit if you want to buy the pound sticks. started to watch the dvd but it is nothing like what i do in pound class. the music is way too zen-like. need music with a good beat to get a good workout with. i would not recommend it for anyone who truly wants a good workout.
