We find this to be a great early learning tool for a mechanically interested mind that’s is not yet ready for complex replicas with smaller parts. My five year old grandson got this engine builder kit and the off road truck builder kit and is thoroughly excited over being able to tear them down and put them back together again! I am very happy because he is very happy! Light and sound only has the motorcycle engine sound and it is not overly loud.
