Its screw-in base arrived bent and unusable. The other three work just fine in my ceiling fan.I like that the seller provided direct email contact info. In addition, they have a Facebook page with a customer-service portal. That allowed for good communication. Although they weren't able to ship a replacement bulb, they did provide a pro-rated refund for the one bulb.The bulbs that did work seem fine. They appear to be of uniform brightness and color temperature.
