I gave it 4 stars because when I first opened the box there was a clump of dirt on the home button section. I contacted customer support and she told me to use rubbing Alcohol to clean it. Unfortunately this also took some of the sticky off too and now it looks funky and I have to try a few times to have Touch ID work.This is a durable case. I really enjoy it. I had another waterproof case before that didn't have a screen and it kept breaking in the port but this one is designed really well with a silicon plug for earbud port and charging port. The volume on off knob took some getting used to but I've come around to it and I think I actually like it better. I give props to plastic hard cover though. They made me a little nervous and I was expecting to send it back. However after putting it on my phone I've grown very fond of it. Even the knob for the mute button. It's a bit odd and does stick out a bit, but it is a more functional improvement to the lifeproof version. Decent waterproof case for a decent price. Can't really complain about that. Shipping is my only criticism.
