    Superb East Enterprses!

Aside from the lamp we ordered being perfect, visually, it comes from a company that should hold seminars in "How to treat your customers well and keep them for life."  They have accomplished that with us and the lamp we ordered. It was beautiful and well made, but had an electrical malfunction, and with no questions asked, told us to discard that one (since it posed a potential fire threat) and choose a replacement lamp...what a class act!  They treated us royally and we in turn, will send all our friends to them and remain loyal as well.  Gee, I hope there are companies out there who will benefit from this message!
