Upon receiving it I decided to use a different drain product, not due to this product but due to other factors. The product looked nice and was as described, and arrived in reasonable time. But be aware, this product ships from Canada, so if you want to return it, it is a huge pain in the butt! First off the seller charges a "restock fee" which I think is kinda rediculous, plus the shipping cost/procedures are crazy shipping to Canada. Basically be sure it is what you want before you purchase one these, that's all I'm saying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Design *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2013* This piece didn't quite look like the picture advertised. I was doing a curbless shower with a wet bed and needed the black plastic piece as shown in the picture to make this work. I ended up going to the home center to get a similar piece and it worked fine. Take great care when installing and know exactly how thick your tile build up will be. Overall it had all stainless steel construction, weep holes under where the tile gets installed and the tile insert fits snug, no wiggling when you step on it.
