Used this in last night's Chicken Paprikash & Spätzle. As with any Paprika Paste, you need to be careful with the salt level up front. I added just a tiny amount of ◇C salt, enough to sweat the vegetables. I added the paste, a teaspoon at a time until I achieved the right flavor note. Only then did I adjust the final salt level. TIP: Give this a try as a Deviled Egg garnish!
