All of sudden on side of it stopped working. The face of this company came out also. I mailed them to claim my warranty. 'See Image i attached' They are telling me to pay 190 to claim yr warranty. Sound is ok, has extra tips too. But wire quality and jack both seems very fragile so handle with care.
