Love this toothpaste! It's whitening, tastes good, and has natural ingredients, what's not to love?? Saying that I have been using whiting pastes and crest white strips periodically for years, so don't know if it's strong enough to white stained teeth on its own. If that's your situation, I highly recommend a course of crest professional whiting steps first.
