This is a really well made case that I have no doubts about withstanding the abuse kids will most likely put it through. There's holes for the buttons and the charger as well as little feet pegs that fold out and prop it up which was one of the main reasons I was purchasing this one, since my daughter's always propping hers up on something, and that makes for a really nice feature when they're watching shows or movies. The pegs fold back into the case to allow flat laying as well. The carrying handle is also nice, and helps protect against it slipping out of their hands or them just accidentally dropping it. This is a well constructed, thought-out case in my opinion and I hope they sell one for the 7 that we own.
