## Questions & Answers

**Q: how to wire this product**
A: It's wired internally common ground, both switches are Normally Open.

**Q: Momentary Contacts, correct?  it is spring loaded to a neutral (Open)  position.**
A: Not an expert at these, but I believe that is correct. Once wired it requires you to push and hold the button for up and down. I installed it on a Grainger Dayton electric hoist and it works great. Looks to be the exact same make/model/manufacturer that Dayton uses and it was $200 cheaper, so you really can’t lose. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is this remote a variable speed?**
A: No.

**Q: How many contacts are there and does it have both n/o and n/c**
A: 2 buttons so 2 contacts with a common ground, normally open.

Has three terminals inside. Up, down, common. Does not include instructions. Confused me as to how to wire from existing to this replacement. Finally figured out. This works well.
