You get what you pay for. The first two times that you use it, you'll be spending a lot of time picking stray hairs from the brush off of your face. But, what do you expect for less than twenty bucks for a shave brush? After about three uses, it stops shedding so bad and becomes an ok backup brush. It's definitely worth buying if you're just starting out. ### ⭐ Disappointed *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2013* Caveat Emptor. Pay very close attention to the size information for the this brush. The "Avenger" is a travel size brush that is sure to disappoint shavers new to the the wet shave experince. The bristles are very stiff and it is very difficult to work up a lather. A much better brush is the Escoli @ $12.95 or for a step up to much more comfort is the Parker Razor Co. at $25. The Escoli, a great brush for beginners, is a full size badger brush that is stiff, exfoliates well, doesn't shed bristles and becomes very comfortabble with use.
