Steam & Go 10-in-1 Multi-Surface Mop and Handheld Steam Cleaner

I looked at a lot of steam cleaners in a lot of price ranges, but kept coming back to the Steam & Go 10-in-1 Steam Mop. It has the most options/accessories for the price, and it does everything the description said it would do. It’s easy to hold, either as an upright or a handheld. It has a good length cord that reaches far enough to minimize starts and stops without dragging a bulky cord around as you do smaller tasks. I ran this over a floor thar was freshly vacuumed and washed, feeling certain it wouldn’t find any dirt. I was wrong! It loosed and picked up so much dirt I was embarrassed. And it was easier than mopping. I feel like the steam makes all of the surfaces sanitized. It doesn’t take much of the demineralized water (sold here on Amazon-the lavender is wonderful) to thoroughly steam the floor of an average room. The squeegee is a godsend for windows, mirrors and large flat screen TVs. It cleans them streak free. It makes those tasks you tend to put off doing, like deep cleaning in the bathroom, quick and easy. And you know things are thoroughly cleaned. The detachable handle makes this the perfect steamer for both large and small jobs, and there are attachments for everything you need. This is an item that you’re sure to order and keep.

I clean houses & always looking for the newest & better steam cleaner. I've bought 3 from the highest rated company's (don't think I can say the name?) all of which were nothing special & never lasted more than a year. THIS is by far the absolute best steam cleaner I've ever owned. It's easy to use & with all the attachments I have been able to clean spots on floors that the other steam cleaners couldn't. I am obsessed with it. It gets everything. Hard to reach corners, windows, grout & more The ONLY thing I don't like is the pads are so thin they are saturated with water after 15 minutes of use. Maybe I have the temperature too high? The only other negative is all the attachments are supposed to be carried in a burlap bag which doesn't actually fit all the attachments. But other than that I'm seriously considering buying a second one just for myself The ONLY thing that's wrong is the cleaning pads are entirely too thin & it leaves extra water on the floor leaving water spots & doesn't absorb even the slightest bit of lint. I find myself spending more time on my hands and knees wiping up lines of dirt left behind. Plus there's only 3 velcro strips on the base but 5 velcro ro strips on the pad itself. As for every other attachments and their uses it's great but not worth for cleaning floors too much water left over

I've used this product for personal use and for clients, and I can say it's not my favorite. I tend to use the handheld part more than the mop so my comment is more directed at that part of the steamer. I have two main issues with this steamer: 1. At full steam, the product doesn't consistently make steam, especially at different angles. If you move it back and forth real quick, a quick burst of steam might come out, but it's usually right back to just blowing out hot air. I emptied the tank in between uses and it always has distilled water when in use so I don't know what the problem might be. 2. When using the attachments for the handheld part of the mop, they attach by being put on and twisted. Because it's just plastic, they tend to loosen and fall off far too often when you try to scrub with the brushes. Grabbing a piece that falls off all the time to reattach it to the hot end of the steamer really slows down the process. For those reasons, I can't give this product my blessing. It might clean great when it works properly, but I wouldn't know. This is the second steamer I've purchased and both of the lower valued steamers fail miserably. I'd hate to have to buy a commercial one, but it's looking like that's the direction I'm heading. Unless you're using this for a very minimal purpose, I wouldn't bother. It would appear you get what you pay for in the world of steamers. UPDATE: After leaving the review, the company reached out and offered a full refund or a replacement. After receiving the new unit, it worked much better. Under no circumstances would I ever have a bad thing to say about the customer service. They went above and beyond to make me happy. The new unit has a consistent flow of steam and operates as it should upon initial use. Perhaps it was just a mistake made somewhere between the manufacturer and my operation of the product, but all is well now. Although I'd like to see the attachments connect differently, overall, this product can now be recommended. Thank you to this company for doing the right thing.

It works great! I’ve only used it once so far and no problems, I received all the parts, kept it on high steam for the whole kitchen floor. This steamer will be nice to use in the bathroom too! The reason I got this one, I like the triangle mop head on it, I wasn’t too concerned about all the other parts that come with it cause I basically use it just for my kitchen floor. The reason I bought it is because I can’t find my other one that I have and I do have a separate handheld steamer for other jobs but this one is nice. It’s all in one. You can use it as a handheld or for just mopping the floors and that’s got all the parts with it too, which is nice.

Let me start by saying I have never owned or tried a steam mop. However, I've heard great things about them with difficult to clean tile, etc. When I saw this one with all of the attachments, I figured I'd give it a shot, especially for $60 on Black Friday. Did I expect miracles? No. Did I have higher hopes...yes, probably higher than they should have been. I got new tile in my bathroom and it is SUCH a pain to clean so I figured this might be the next best thing to hand scrubbing the tile. I tried it and noticed zero difference. I then tried it again this morning and added a little vinegar to the mix, which actually did seem to help a little but still not as much as I'd hoped. Just for the heck of it, I also tried it on the tile in the other bathroom. The grout is a dark shade of yuck (the tile/grout is really old) and tried it with just the standard mop instead of the attachment since others seem to have had success. I noticed zero difference after 10 passes in one area. I decided to at least give it one more shot with one of the attachments to clean just the grout. I decided not to bother when I saw a burn mark on the mop head from steaming the two very small bathrooms. At that point, I just decided I'm done with it and am returning it. Photo of the mop head with burn mark attached. I also included a photo of the tile with the darkened grout. If you see the far right next to the tub...that's the color the grout is supposed to be. I focused on the grout surrounding the line of tile neighboring that area to get a good comparison. As you can see, the grout is the exact same color as the grout towards the left, which is the un-mopped side.

I previously owned a Black & Decker 7-1 steam mop and it was my go to when I used to professionally clean apartments. However, I no longer am in that career and I also moved across state recently- accidentally leaving that mop behind. I received this mop in the mail today and instantly started using it. From the start there are a few things I don’t like. 1) you have to use a funnel in order to load water or cleaning products. That’s just one more piece I’m going to lose and prefer when I am able to load products freehand. 2) not only is there no icons but there also is no temp gage in order for me to determine if it’s safe for hardwood, floor, tile etc With none of this information built onto the product I just have to guess as to what it can do based one a large blue spiral that gets thicker indicating the steam is hotter. 3) there are only two mop pads. I understand this because of the price but I have a large house and would have thought it would come with at least three. Especially because 4) there are several attachments include but there is not one specifically for cleaning glass. The head of this machine is extremely bulky. I can lift it up in order to clean shower walls but it will just be awkward. Lastly 5) the garment cleaner will likely eventually be replaced with a sock or other similar item because the attachment uses a flimsy cover that I am certain will be destroyed after the first use. On to the bright sides! 1) I like how long the power cord is because again, large house. So I am able to clean multiple sections without seeking out a new power source in proximity to the next area that I am cleaning. 2) it heats up extremely fast and 3) it does actually steam. That’s it. It does the bare basics of what it should. Which is clean better than a mop. And that’s about it. Anyways I hope you find this review helpful. If I had seen a review like this I would have simply opted to splurge more and buy a nicer product.

My last steam cleaner took a crap so after researching, and researching some more, I settled on this one. It is not really settling however, since this is a great machine. Ready to go once you connect the parts and fill it. Love the fact it comes with a funnel: accurate pouring and no more spilling water all over the place while filling! Has a relatively large tank, and since it says in the included guide that it'll run continuous steam for about 15 minutes, I tested that and yeah, it's pretty exact, depending on how high you have the dial. It's been my experience though, that less is more with steam since the point is to dry quickly. It gets plenty hot enough, so I am sure it is sanitizing the surface as well as cleaning it. The handle DOES extend to allow for taller people to use this comfortably. I am not a tall person, 5'3" to be precise, so one click up is basically all I need. Comes with two (2) washable mop heads (hooray!) that affix with Velcro strips that are nice and strong and do not lose holding power with the extended use of the steam. Absolutely love the carpet glider, which is the main reason I purchased this product. I have carpet runners and otherwise all hard wood floors, and it works amazingly well with the rugs. Attach the glider and there ya go. Only complaint I have about the glider, is this: it becomes separated from the base quite often, mainly in the back, so I have to readjust and reattach, which becomes a slight irritation. It's as if the clips for the back are too short. My other complaint is that I DID NOT GET THE GARMENT STEAMER ATTACHMENT! I received the garment steamer attachment COVER but no tool. Therefore I cannot steam my nice dressy shirts and now I have to break out my ironing board and iron and get the wrinkles out the old fashioned way. The only smell I have noticed is the smell of the item being steamed as it's being cleaned: the floors. I have 2 large dogs and the steam generated a slight doggy smell as it cleaned the floors and carpets, but it dissipates quickly so no big deal there. My stairs: yeah, the smell of them is lingering. However, people lived in my house before I moved in and also had a dog. And they weren't the most, how should I say it, sophisticated people on the planet. Henceforth another reason I wanted the steamer! Nothing a little disinfecting spray won't take care of though. It is very simply to assemble, fill and use. The cord is nice and long and I seriously only had to switch outlets once, and that includes going upstairs and throughout the entire downstairs, and I have some large rooms. I have not, and will not, used detergent, but that is what the press button is for. I also refuse to buy special water, so if my unit gets clogged, I have no one but myself to blame, and I'll soak the nozzle portion in CLR or something. All in all, YES I recommend this product. Just make sure you get ALL the attachments!!!

Just used plain water in the tank for my normal weekly cleaning and left out the soap. Works fine without it. Nice to have the option to keep it simple depending on the floor.
