does this pillow come with a removable cover

yes...but expect to tear your pillow unless you buy another cover with a zipper. Getting the cover on and off between washes is a royal pain in the rear.

The pillow case in the crook part of the pillow is tighter then the pillow and makes a hard line on my neck. Is there a way to fix that?

No not that I’m aware of. U may have to wash the cover a few times to loosen it up, I have had no issues with my pillow

Will this fit in a twin-sized bed (one person, not pregnant)?

This is the best thing I have ever bought myself. You can fold the edges down to make it fit across. If you are just going to be laying next to it, it should fit just fine. It conforms to your body nicely. If you want to lay it across the top, it may be a little long, but you can bend it to fit across.

Is it made in US and the price included a pillow and gray cover?

Mine came with a pillow and a white cover. If you google Snoogle pillows I am sure you will find the manufacturer.
