Does it tighten your skin ?

I have used Nuskin products for 40 years. I’m not sure about tightening, maybe to some degree, but it really moisturizes your skin. Less wrinkles! The cream has substance and is not watery. It is really noticeable to me if I forget to put on after a shower or washing my face. Have used nothing else!
