Don't expect it to be a permanent coop
This coop was great for the first few months. Quickly, I realized it was way to small for our flock of 5 and I purchased a larger enclosure to put the coop in. I've had it over a year (purchased April 2020) and so far I have had to caulk all of the seams because water leaked in, put a latch on the lid so nothing could get into it at night, and replace the top (not the lid). The hens tore the divider up that split the nesting box into 2 within a couple months (it's honestly glorified cardboard). The slide out piece meant to make the coop easier to clean doesn't clean well as it seems that the chickens' urine and fecal matter eats the finish and causes it to oxidize. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SHAVINGS OR SOMETHING ELSE TO MAKE IT EASY TO CLEAN. Im currently looking at building a frame to sit it on to get it up off the ground and add more room for nesting boxes.

Great little chicken house would be even better with a few upgrades
This house is not big enough for even 3 full grown size chickens, but I can fit 6-8 juvis in there. I currently have about 10 or more 5 week chicks and they are super happy. The drawback is it is cheaply made but you get what you pay for. So far, it is withstanding all the moving we have done to a fresh spot on the grass. Whish there was a sliding DC door to contain the chicks in the closed room when we are moving it. Also wish the roof top on both sides would open for easy access to feeder and water. It is hard for some members of my family to squat down and open the little door on the front to get the water out. Overall, I love this little house. It is perfect for 4-7 week chicks.

Worthless junk, steer clear of this coop!
I’ve ordered and returned several chicken coops in search of something reliable, but this one takes the cake for being the worst by far. The product description (Outdoor chicken coop made from solid, painted fir wood Hinged, waterproof roof with polycarbonate panels for insulation) These misleading statements are leading you to believe that the coop is made out of "Solid, painted fir wood" but in reality are mostly plastic with the only actual wood used is the white painted trim. Everything else—the entire gray section—is made from an extremely thin polycarbonate, not wood. The thin polycarbonate panels would most likely crack in a thunderstorm, leaving my chickens completely soaked. The construction is blatantly inadequate and absolutely worthless junk. If you care about your chickens’ safety and comfort, steer clear of this coop. I returned it immediately.

Good for the price.
I purchased this hutch so my two ducks had a hiding place in case they needed some shade/shelter or to lay eggs outside during their roaming session. I've had it for two months now. The cage is well made for the price. It's made with cheap wood, and a layer of decent paint and a plastic roof. It has withstood rain storms and high winds so far. It was easy to build and easy to lift. I did cover it in tung oil to better withstand the outdoor elements and so far it's held without mold or rot. It's a small cage but my two ducks fit comfortably in it. I would never keep them in there all day and night(it's fine for sleep) without another place to roam. There just is not enough space. I do not recommend more than two ducks or the equivalent in chickens or other animal. There are latches but no locking system, a predator can easily open it and kill them. The left side roof opens up as a potential predator risk. It's lifted on treated wood so it doesn't completely sit on the wet grass or mud. The hutch resides inside a larger 9ftx9ft metal enclosure to give my ducks extra saftey and room to roam. They also roam the whole back yard. If you're looking for a pretty hutch to add some shelter to your animals I recommend it. I wouldn't recommend it if it's the main living space. Go with a large metal cage and add this as a secondary home.

Cheaply made
The assembly was not easy. Within 6 months the whole thing started to break here and there. We have to push the door in place and block it to keep the chickens in. Def didn't make it to even a year

Cute but NOT sturdy
Really cute design but not very sturdy. A few pieces of wood chipped at the bottom when we unboxed it and the piece that holds the roof up grinds when going down. Not at all sturdy enough to sit on. The grey is NOT wood, but rather thin plastic. If I had to give it a price, I’d say it’s worth about $60.

Better than thought
It's very small, so, a few small birds or 2 to 3 Silkies or Bantams. It would be good for a couple rabbits. Easy to put together, I did it pretty much myself. Just needed that 3rd hand at the start. I would like it to have a door from inside of the "coop" area to the run. It makes it too open for my liking. Bigger screws than those tiny ones. I do thing it is thicker wood than I thought it would have. And just from past chicken coops we have done, I did use wood glue to help secure it more. I'll take pictures later and post. All n all, for the price, not too bad. 👏✌️

Cute. Added modifications.
So far happy with it with some modifications. Attached the coop to a piece of plywood for more stability and added a latch to the roof hatch. Also sprayed it with clear coat of rustoleum. Our 2 hens love it. They cant be with the rest of the flock because they get picked on so this is good for the 2. Very cute coop.
