An easily identifiable bright orange color, Foam II dries within minutes. It seals cracks and gaps up to 1.5 inches wide, providing a permanent insulating and air sealing solution to most building materials including wood, masonry, insulating foam boards, metal, plastics, and sheetrock. Use Touch 'n Seal Poly-Clean foam cleaner to clean wet Foam II foam from hands, tools and foam applicator s. Touch 'n Seal Foam II polyurethane one-component expanding foam sealant is permanent, bright orange in color, hypoenic and dries within minutes of application. Foam II is non-toxic and will not decompose with age. Approved Type V Residential Fireblock Penetration Sealant (ASTM-814). Provides a permanent seal against air, moisture and insect infiltration. Easier to use than caulk fireblock penetration sealants. Reduces energy loss. No ozone depleting s. Does not shrink. Does not trap moisture, dust and ens like fiberglass insulation. Reduces use of fossil fuels and improves air quality. Helps to reduce Green House Emissions. Closed cell structure. The bright orange color alerts building inspectors that this foam has been tested with modified ASTM-814 and UL-1715 and evaluated by ICC-ES (ESR-1926). Shelf life: 12 months in unopened container when stored between 60-90 degree F (16- 32 degree C), in a dry, well ventilated area. Yield (linear feet) 24 ounce. Surface dry time/surface tack free time: Approximate 10 minute at 72 degree F per 50 percent R.H. Fully cured: Approximate 1 hour. Cuttable: Approximate 30 minutes. ASTM E-814 Modified for Fireblock. Density - 1.3-1.8 lbs per cubic feet. R Value - 7.12 per inch thickness. Maximum service temperature for cured foam - 250 degree F (121 degree C). Flame spread - 15. Smoke developed - 25.
