The ones I checked said made in India. I didn’t check every pair I have.

What's the difference between elance Plus size 6 and a Regular size 6 hipster?

I’m not sure. Only know the fit of the 6 hipster.

Size 6 should i order 7?

I typically wear pants that are 14, L & XL. My jockey underwear are size 7. If you typically wear a size 6 in clothing, you might consider ordering a size 5 in jockey panties.
