AcuRite Suction Cup Thermometer, White - 00315CADIA1

Purchased to verify temps while out sitting in the cold while hunting. Trying to determine correct gear for temperature ranges. The weather forecast isn't accurate enough and this thermometer proves it. So far working well. Don't place it in direct sunlight. If you need to power this OFF just pull the battery holder out slightly. Good to know that the min/max is on a 24hr timer so it will record low at the time you power up the device and reset at that time every 24hrs. I was puzzled at first why the min was so high but that was because I powered it on in the afternoon.

Great little thermometer. I stuck it to a window in an area where sun isn’t shining directly on it. Large display, good value for the $. Temp seems pretty accurate and it hasn’t come unstuck

It's not truly accurate and is off 3 degrees. I tried other areas but got the same result. Also removed the battery for 20 minutes reinstalled it hoping it would reset which it didn't. I like the compact size and the large size numbers but it's difficult to read unless you are close to it. If the display had a backlight, it would resolve the problem.

Not a good product!! The suction cup does not keep this thermometer on the glass for more than 1 hour. It falls off and damages the item. I had to use Gorilla Glue to keep it in place.

We have it attached to the glass on the outside glass of our patio and it works well. It's been there about a month and has remained attached. I you have it in a location with a long drop you want to secure it with a piece of string, just in case.

Fairly good product, but contacts with battery were not great. If external temperature drops, then the thermometer loses contact with battery and shuts down. Then playing with the battery and repositioning it inside the unit is needed to make it work again.

We placed this thermometer on the kitchen window next to another window the thermometer from another brand. This one is more accurate and has stayed attached to the window through several storms. I can’t say the same for the other brand that I bought. I highly recommend this little thermometer. It is well worth the price.

This is my second one of these nothing mega fancy but exactly what I want tells current temp and min/max so you know what you got!!!

Compré tres unidades y los tres son precisos al compararlos con otros termómetros. Pero dos de ellos se cayeron de la ventana en menos de media hora después de colgarlos, y se rompió el plástico de los dos.

Una compra inutil, no tiene medicion en celcius como lo decia la descripcion, yo no entiendo como una compañia de este prestigio haga productos tan limitados en sus funciones , habiendo tanta tecnologia para ponerle switch para farenheith y celcius , solo se limiten a la medicion inglesa , comprare la marca Taylor , que si tiene ambas funciones

Buen tamaño, y peso aunque solo da medidas en Farenheit. Sin embargo el producto es preciso al compararlo con otros termómetros.

En la descripcion dice que si lee Celsius, pero no es verdad.
