For the 35 years of production of its high-quality RC cars, Tamiya has launched a limited special version, the Avante 2011 Black Special. The original version of the Avante comes from the year 1988, the current 2011 Black Special Edition has a modernised chassis and several tuning parts in addition to the special black paint, pink rims and a revised decorative sheet. The chassis has been optimised for the installation of modern RC components. The rear shock bridge is stronger and now reinforced with carbon fibres. A cross link between the right and left arm increases stability. The original axle legs have been replaced with stable and lightweight aluminium parts for more performance. Polycarbonate bodywork, rear wings and side panels are designed for hard off road use. Accessory Note: PS Color (TS for ABS/PE bodywork) RC system, speed controller, batteries and charger sold separately. Box contents: wheel cover with detailed assembly instructions (English language not guaranteed).
