I have used this in the field finally! Within 10-15 min I had a coyote come in to within about 20ft of decoy and 32 paces from me! Great product!!! Love the fact that it came with an extra battery pack. It uses 4AA batteries which is nice not to have to rely on a rechargeable pack in the field. I would recommend this to anyone! I will probably get a second one to have just because. The volume is not as loud as you would think it is designed that way, and a few people have said the sound doesn't even work. The sound is set on a delay so you have time to get back to your stand/hide. The volume is quiet enough so anything close won't get spooked from an immediate very loud call. Then if nothing comes in you can use hand calls to reach out farther. Mojo has a great design at a bargain price with this one. Love this thing!!!

Operates perfectly, sound & motion! ... This ought to really draw "the critters" IN! ... Received mine ($49.99) with 2-day Prime Shipping in perfect condition, and already I notice (1-15-2014) Amazon is sold out and other vendors' prices are up by 10-bucks.... Better grab one now, before they're ALL-GONE! Haven't actually tried it out in the field yet, (will update later!) but with the sound and motion in the living room, IT DROVE THE CAT CRAZY! ...Mine also came with a SPARE battery-pack-holder, handy for out in the field. MOJO makes such hi-quality decoys (also, years ago, got a MOJO moving duck decoy!) ya can't go wrong with their products. I’ve read a lot of these reviews saying the speaker on the device doesn’t work. When I first received the decoy I didn’t think mine worked either. There are two modes on this decoy, I and II. One mode is just intermittent spinning with no sound. The other is the same intermittent spinning with a rabbit in distress call. There is a roughly 2 minute delay on the call that I believe is leading many people, including myself originally, to think it doesn’t work. Once the call starts, it has about a 1 minute call sequence that plays on a loop with roughly 3-5 off silence between each loop. While the sound quality is not bad, it is quite. It’s about the same volume as an actual rabbit, which is good so long as there is zero wind and a coyote(s) within 50-75 yds of the call. I have found that playing the call with the addition of oral distress calls works decently. Taken the product out about 6 times now and have successfully called in 7 dogs with the combination. All in all, for the price it is a great starter call/decoy combo.

This device works ok. When I ordered it I thought it has a remote with it. However, there is no remote. It has a continuous loop of rabbit call. I think the continuous sound actually scares coyotes away because when I set it up, the coyote that had been in my front years every day for the last month never came. In fact he has been gone since so I guess it scared him away and mission accomplished. Next time I'll spend the extra money and get one with a remote.

It works great connected to a Foxpro Prowler called connected via an AUX cord and using the Foxpro's remote. The Super Critter's squealer does not emit sounds when connected to my Foxpro caller, but that is as expected. When the Super Critter is not connected with the AUX cord, the Super Crtter's squealer is fairly loud and has good fidelity. Thanks, MOJO.

Great value for the money! The legs hold it in place and it’s very stable. The look definitely gets the attention of critters coming in to check it out. The battery life is great even in the sub zero temperatures of Alaska

It worked for about 10 minutes, and never worked again. It's not very loud, and I am wondering if it would be any better than my Foxpro system, if it actually worked. There is no remote, no options, no versatility, no adding or changing calls, and very lightly engineered. It has one call, and no volume control. If you are on a budget, never have hunted coyotes and are just starting out, and got one that actually works, it's probably not a bad device for the price. I cannot comment on functionality in the field, because it never made it to the truck. It was quite a disappointment. As an added bonus, apparently, I get to pay return shipping. Thanks Bayshore Corp., not nice doing business with you. You sell me defective merchandise and make me pay to ship it back. There are too many places on the web that treat a customer right.

At first I was a little skeptical because the box was so small and I opened it up and wasn’t expecting the legs to extend out. Legs are kind of a little flimsy and unstable. It has a spot to screw in a tripod which is prettt cool. I live in the fields with a bunch of coyotes and I set this thing up and it screamed and did it’s thing for about 15 min and just when I went to give up a coyote was running right at this thing about 100 yards out and ran almost right up to it before I was able to get a shot off. I missed if course but so far this thing does the job! Great price for some fun

Der Kunststoffpelz löst sich auf und die „Haare“ bleiben dementsprechend überall haften. Für mein Gehör war der Ton rund 80m auf einer freien Fläche wahrnehmbar. Es hört sich auch so an, als würden zwei unterschiedliche Stimmen klagen. Wenn der Klagelaut eingestellt wird, dann endet dieser auch nicht von selbst und man muss diesen Ton wieder am Gerät abschalten, was während einem Ansitz natürlich nicht gut ist.
