Emuca - Built-in Waste bin for Cabinet with Automatic lid, 15 L, Anthracite Grey

Cheap as chips but does the job and easy to fit.

Arrived faulty and then hinge broke on assembly. Emuca eventually replaced whole bin after requesting the 2 broken parts. Bin works well now. Tip. Ensure pushing bin hinge onto bracket with firm hold on both parts where they join.

Fits perfectly inside our cupboard, It's well made and sturdy, bit fiddly to get the bin out but it's ok once you are used to it. Its easy to clean and looks great.

The bin is a good size and I like that it attaches to the door but unfortunately because of the lid mechanism the bin catches and stops the door from soft closing so it stays ajar. I have to push it shut myself. This could just be the bin we have (it's a cam mechanism so maybe we installed it slightly out of line) but it's not great which is a shame otherwise I would have been really happy with it. Would I purchase again..... I'm not sure I would.

As its hidden in a cupboard the basic quality of the bin is not really an issue. The instructions are not clear at first, but once worked out and understand fitting is simple.

Total Rubbish if you want something to work. It falls off its wall connection as it is not fit for purpose! Poor quality connections and the key pin that makes it moveable and removable is of very poor quality; therefore it falls out spilling the bins contents onto the floor. Total waste of money!

Nice looking bin and now in use but was a nightmare to assemble! Probably wouldn't purchase again, sorry!

The fixing comes with a template to locate the drill holes correctly and it all worked well. It was replacing a previous bin and we are astonished how quiet the opening and closing of the cupboard door is now compared tp the other model. So far it has beaten our expectations.

Functioneel

Great product, will be getting this for all my airbnb units

Works both ways, left or right swinging doors. Truly a steal for this money.

Installation aisée, produit conforme à mes attentes. Livraison rapide et colis soigné.

The bin itself is ok, but the lid broke immedately when trying to attach it (you HAVE to force it, because the hooks are really stiff). Also, the fuctionality is questionable at best... The bin hangs at an angle and the lid does not go low enough to function as a lid. Not worth it, would not recommend.
