Excellent, Heavy-Duty Cooling Solution for Enclosed Network Gear
My home network setup includes a custom copper shield around my Xfinity router to minimize my wireless footprint. While highly effective for privacy, this physical arrangement naturally traps a significant amount of heat around the equipment. I needed a robust, reliable cooling solution to prevent thermal throttling, and the AC Infinity MULTIFAN S1 has completely exceeded my expectations. Here is a breakdown of why this fan stands out: Build Quality & Material: Right out of the box, you can immediately tell this is a heavy-duty piece of hardware. It doesn't feel like a cheap, flimsy plastic PC fan. The housing is incredibly solid, and the dual-ball bearings give it a premium, durable feel that reassures you it can run 24/7 without burning out. Whisper-Quiet Operation: I am extremely happy with how quiet this fan is. A major contributing factor is the pre-installed silicone rubber feet on all four corners. They act as excellent vibration dampeners, meaning there is absolutely no annoying rattling or humming against the desk or the router itself. Airflow & Customizability: Despite its compact 80mm size, it moves a highly effective amount of air, easily flushing out the trapped heat and keeping my Wi-Fi equipment perfectly cool. The inline USB speed controller is a fantastic, convenient touch. Being able to toggle between High, Medium, Low, and Off without having to unplug the USB cord gives you total control over the noise-to-cooling ratio. Installation: It’s strictly plug-and-play. You just plug the USB into a standard power brick or an open port on your equipment, set it down, and you are good to go. The Verdict: If you have enclosed electronics, A/V receivers, or specialized networking setups that tend to run hot, this is a must-have. It’s a reliable, exceptionally quiet, and well-constructed fan that does exactly what it advertises. Highly recommended

Excellent fan, very quiet, fixed my slow/overheated PC issues
Excellent product. I was honestly not expecting something that works so well for so cheap. I have my surface pro 4 and dock stuffed into a slim drawer at work, it powers 2 4k monitors and does a LOT of heavy computing so it gets very hot, even the dock gets hot. Of course it doesn't help that it's stuffed into a drawer. It was to the point where the CPU was being throttled and everything was running slow as molasses, and probably causing long term damage as well. I cut out a hole the size of the fan, got some #8 32 2" machine bolts and lock nuts and attached it to the bottom of my drawer. The long bolts were so I could use the rubber mounts. The fan blows outward, there is plenty of air coming in around the drawer. I immediately saw a difference in performance, PC ran as it should be running. In terms of noise, there is none. My office is fairly quiet, but I can't say it's funeral parlor quiet, but still I can't hear any noise at all. The fan is solid, no rattling, no ball bearing noise, and this is at full speed. Air output seems excellent, I can feel a strong output at about 4 inches or so away. My surface pro is cool to the touch so I know it's doing it's job. I also like that it comes with a daisy chain output USB port, so you can daisy chain multiple fans. I initially thought it was a USB bypass, but it doesn't work with peripherals such as a usb mouse. In the instructions it only references it as a fan daisy chain. I'm completely happy, but if I had a wish list I'd say consider making this a usb bypass because usb spaces are highly limited on my surface pro/dock setup. My only caveat, but this isn't the hardware's fault, is that when my PC is locked the fan stays on. That's just how USB works. I'm in search of a program that can allow me to change the hours the fan runs, as I don't need it to run when the PC is locked as it's not being used heavily. I also cannot put the PC to sleep because I need remote access to it, although I have considered wake on LAN as an option. My concern is I don't know how long the fan will last being used 24/7 like this, but even if I replace it once a year it's cheap enough.

not a lot of bad I can say.
I have bought two of these now, one to cool a crt and another for a tube amp, the one being use on my crt has been running nearly 24/7 on medium for almost a year, its still going strong, no signs of it stopping any time soon. The noise level is also quite good, on low its almost inaudible, on medium it is audible but realistically you won't hear it at even a short distance (a foot or two) high however is audible and can be heard from a distance, but audible does not mean loud, its still just a mild low hum, not annoying. As for feel in the hands it does not feel cheap, the plastic housing is thick and the grills are solid metal, even the rubber feet don't feel bad. They also have the ability to daisy chain so that you don't have to use up a bunch of usb ports if you use multiple (like me.) Overall these seem to be a great product, quiet, reliable, and well built. I do have one complaint though, they don't move a lot of air, yes the fan is small but an 80mm fan can easily move more air than this, however the amount of air it can move will usually be enough to cool something, as excessive heat is normally caused by stagnant air and this fixes that even on the lowest setting (for reference my tube amp ran at roughly 130-140 degrees F and even on low it drops temps to around 100 degrees F.) If you need a fan that moves a lot of air to cool an especially hot item, this is not what you should get, look elsewhere, otherwise 5/5.

Good fan, convenient, Multi-roles
I now have 3 of these fans, fulfilling different roles. Two of them are next to a couple of Raspberry Pi running Volumio media player and my AllStar ham radio hotspot. One of them is on my desk to provide cooling to a test Raspberry Pi that is only used when I need to experiment with something, otherwise, it doubles as a desk fan to provide a little breeze when it gets too hot in my den. The fan is a little bulky, but is well-built, and is very quiet, even at the highest speed. The fan has a 3-levels switch where you can control the fan speed. It is USB-powered, so it can be conveniently used in multiple places; I can bring this to different places, and only need a USB power bank to power this thing. Because it runs at a low RPM, it draws very little power; I can run for days with my USB power bank. Overall, this is a good purchase, and I definitely recommend this fan.

Quiet and Efficient
The temperature in my old WD two-drive NAS was constantly reaching 56 degrees Celsius and at times 60c - 61c as the small internal fan just couldn’t move enough air to make a difference. I purchased this fan because of the low voltage required to power it, the 3-speed option, ability to daisy chain additional fans if ever needed, and after reading other reviews about how quiet it is. I also need a fan that is USB and that I could easily mount on top of my NAS to draw the air across my drives and out the top of the unit. The fan has rubber feet to soften any vibration that might occur and was very easy to mount for my application. After installing the fan I set it on the low setting and it is so quiet I had to double check to make sure it was even working. On the low fan setting the NAS temperature has now been 36 Celsius to no more than 41 Celsius which is a great operating temperature. I have been very pleased with this fan so far and would recommend to anyone needing to cool a NAS, router, cable modem/gateway, or other electronics that might be located inside a cabinet or closet.

Helpful with PC cooling
I stacked two of these fan units connected to the "turbo" wall power extension to help exhaust hot air from a couple of horizontal chassis PCs that I keep on shelves under my desk. The fan units appeared to reduce the average internal case temperatures in the PCs by 10-20 degrees C (18 - 36 degrees F), likely extending the lifetime of the internal drives, etc. They are easy to set up and run very quiet.

Great Fan with additional potential.
I bought this fan for a new AV Receiver, but it did not work for my application. However, due to its size it makes a great USB fan for my desk. Using a 3D printer I was able to make a stand for it to sit at a slight upward angle and a cradle for the control. The fan throws just the right amount of air at me. Enough to gently feel it but not so much that it becomes annoying (even more so with the three speeds). Additionally, it is absolutely silent and the fact that it is USB powered makes it perfect for my home office. During hurricane season, if we lose power a rechargeable battery pack will run this thing forever. I have the S1 which is 3" x 3" or 80 mm.

Perfect for a greenhouse cabinet
I bought these for my IKEA greenhouse cabinet to keep the air moving to prevent mold. I used magnets to attach them to the back of the cabinet. I keep these running on high in the winter and medium/low in the summer and have had no issues with mold. They distribute the air evenly around them so there’s no one hard stream of air coming out. A lot of the air actually comes out around the edges of the fan, which works perfectly for this setup. They’re sleek and low profile, and not too loud. I can only hear them on high when the cabinet is closed. The plug in with USB ports and include a switch to easily change modes.

Perfetta

Reliable, quiet
Well designed and well made Bought a different brand which cost $21 for 2 fans - but the other brand didn’t turn on until the grilles were removed And once turned on, it didn’t turn off This brand just works and is quiet I don’t have to worry about malfunctioning so i have peace of mind I just bought 2 extra units the other day

Works well
Got this for my Protectli Vault PFSENSE device ( 4 port with J3160 cpu) to cool the giant heat sink fins. Like the USb connection and speed controller, has extra usb port to daisy chain if required. Works well, my cpu was hitting about 58c under 20% load using traffic shaper etc, now its like 37c under 20% load. A bit of noise when its on high however does the job, sits on the top and stays with preinstalled nice ruber feet. Happy with the purchase!
