What size thread chaser do for my 2004 Ford Econoline 250 cargo van?

A google search shows 1/2" x 20. Double check with a lug nut taken off at the local hardware store to be sure. Or check a Ford truck forum. E250 and F250 of the same year should be the same in most cases.

I'm in need of a 3/4-16 split die. i cannot find one. if you can point me in the right direction the would be great? help!!!!
