This is such a great little item. It’s child’s play. You don’t need too much pressure I did it on work top as it did not slip So much easier than trying to peel skins off

Works for the most part if you struggle to unwrap garlic

Saw this on a YouTube video and thought it might turn out to be a useless gadget but it is really great! Yes it’s not a necessity and I’ve managed my whole life without using it before but that doesn’t take away it being useful. Nothing worse than when you get that one stubborn clove of garlic that refuses to peel unless you smash it which the flat knife blade and you end up with the clammy garlic smelling fingers for days after peeling the stubborn skin off lol. This tube really does work. Pop one or two cloves of garlic in, roll it on the counter and boom peeled garlic ready to use. Washes well and easy to store. I love it. Yes I can live without it but I don’t want to now ☺️

Whether you like this might depend on how much garlic you want to peel at a time, the garlic itself and how good you are at peeling garlic cloves with a knife. - It is best when rolling one clove at a time, any more cloves at one time and the skin doesn't come away reliably. - Some cloves, depending on size, age and shape fair better than others. It could be my technique but some cloves just refuse to peel no matter how hard or quick I roll. On occasion I had to roll so hard the entire clove breaks into a mush. - How good you think this gadget is also depends on how good you are at peeling garlic. I've been doing it for years and can do it just as quickly with a pairing knife, and certainly more reliably. I've been wondering for years whether these were worth owning - now I know it's not for me.

much easier than peeling. been using my hands and a knife for years. wish i knew about this sooner

Huge fan of garlic peelers, so when by Super Duper peeler went missing :-( that I bought from Amazon 2 years ago - I thought voila here is the new improved version. WRONG - they are much more flimsy than my old peeler. So when you rub the garlic it doesn’t really take the skin off. Plus if you have wet hands - it’s even worse. As for the ridges, waste of time.

As described. Seem to be of good silicon construction and without much fuss they remove garlic peel. You need a little space in your kitchen to use it :) great invention

The product that I received is no where near to the pictures they have posted. They have sent me some cheap substandard rubber. Feel cheated. Amazon should remove such sellers.

Easy and work perfectly i hate peeling garlic but with this tool its nothing i peel more than 5 while i was smile
