Product Description ------------------- Le Veneziane Gluten Free Lasagne; These sheets of Le Veneziane Lasagne pasta do not need to be pre-cooked: they can be placed directly in an oven dish in between layers of your chosen sauce and put straight in the oven; Le Veneziane Lasagne are made with high-quality, wholesome ingredients and are suitable for all the family; They are gluten free, egg free and sauces adhere to their rough surface so the resulting pasta dishes are delicious and highly appetising Ingredients ----------- Maize flour 48%, rice flour, water, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of ty s, propylene glycol alginate. Make a meat sauce (or try the "Le Veneziane Ragù alla Bolognese" gluten-free sauce) and some very thin - and possibly gluten-free - béchamel sauce. Pour a little meat sauce onto the bottom of an oven dish. Put alternative layers of dry lasagne, meat sauce and béchamel sauce in the dish. Flavour each layer of lasagne with grated cheese. Add around 5 layers altogether and sprinkle plenty of grated cheese on the top layer, along with a few knobs of butter. Cook the lasagne in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
