What’s the difference between the 9.2 and 10.2?

i believe that the 10.2 is a little more elaborate, a little heavier, and more pricey. I have the 9.2 for my 65 lb. electric bike. Adequate for my purpose.

Does it have a locking mech or rod for the handlebar?

No. There is no provision for immobilizing the bars/front wheel. A piece of bunji cord or a piece of string will do the trick.

what is the weight limit on this model? they have another that shows 110 lbs

Their website states maximum weight holding capacity as 80 lbs. (36 kg). This assumes the weight is centered over the legs.
