As a mom, I enjoy making nutritious snacks and drinks for my family, and homemade almond milk is one of those things that sounds much more complicated than it actually is. Store-bought almond milk has become expensive, so I buy large bags of organic almonds in bulk and make it myself for considerably less. A good straining bag is what makes the process work. After blending the almonds with water and adding cinnamon and the other flavors we enjoy, I run the mixture through this fine nylon mesh. It separates the pulp effectively and leaves the milk smooth instead of gritty or full of suspended particles. The bag is large enough to handle a useful batch, and the drawstring makes it easy to control while squeezing out the remaining liquid. I also appreciate that this is a reusable three-pack with multiple sizes, so it is more economical and versatile than relying on disposable strainers. The bags have worked reliably, rinsed out well, and given me no problems. They make homemade almond milk practical enough to prepare regularly. Five stars.

I make my own homemade nut milks and these bags have been excellent. They separate my almond pulp from the milk really well and cleanup is quick and easy. I appreciate that the set comes with 3 different sizes, which makes it versatile for different recipes and cooking from scratch needs. I've been using them 1-3 times a week mostly for almond milk, and they've held up perfectly. I also tried them when I made homemade lemonade and they worked just as well for straining fruit puree. I am very happy with these bags. I've used them to make almond milk and oat milk and they do an excellent job of straining. Most of the milk goes through immediately so it requires minimal effort to squeeze out the rest of the liquid, which is especially useful with oat milk since over squeezing can lead to slimy results. The pulp comes out easily and they are very easy to wash, I just turn inside out and rinse with very hot water, then rub dry with a dish towel. They dry beautifully. The stitching seems sturdy as well. Overall an excellent product if you want to make your own plant based milk. These bags make it so easy and the milk I've produced tastes so much better than store bought varieties and it doesn't have any of the added chemicals that store brands incorporate.
